Which programming language is the most basic to learn?

like your tag, html is the most basic. it's not really considered programming though. for regular programming language, python is considered a good starting language. although no doubt others will disagree and recommend others

i think also java and c++ because most of softwares and mobile apps are written using these languages. But you have also to consider HTML CSS AND JAVASCRIPT that are bases of web-page creation

I think the answer to your question will be determine on whether you are interested in web programming language or programming for app. If you are interested in web I will recommend starting with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Php. Else for app, I will recommend you start with java
