You get what you put into it do as much research and practice as you can.
i would recommend studying up frameworks which are important abilites in todays world.

If you are talking about Junior Web-Developer as a job title, I've never held it and don't plan on holding it in the foreseeable future. It probably took a month of solid practice to get decent at front end. Still learning every day. đ
