How can i improve my programming logics?

Question

I am learning java and i read theory more rather than practice coding.but now, I want to clear my logics. I started practicing codes everyday. Is there anything that i should do?

I've found very interesting rewriting some basic classes to find if my logic was similar as the Oracle programmers.. It was always at the opposite.. so I tried to rewrite in the same way (but not copying.. only remembering the logic).. so my code is a little different but I improved the logic..
