You should not decide what to do by the factor how much money you could probably make.
First think of what do you like...

Here are some examples:
... Do you like creating web plattforms (web sites)?
--> HTML --> CSS--> JS --> PHP/Java/Python
... Do you like creating modern Software?
--> C#/Java
... Do you like machine-oriented programming?
--> C++

This is not meant as beeing exclusive, because there are lots of different opportunities to use these languages, but I think it's a quite good overview to orientate.
