It depends from what you want to do. html/css/javascript is used for website and grafic interface, java is more rigid (but not very hard actually), python is used for many things and has a lot of libraries, I don't suggest you C, but you could learn newer version like C# (used in Unity, a game engine) or C++(similar to java). The most asked languages are now java and python, althougth python is growing up

Website Development: HTML, then CSS, then JavaScript. Java is a good starter language. C++ is also a good starter language. The latter two are not exactly for making websites. You can also just learn JavaScript, but it's more fun when you know HTML and CSS. Good Luck!
