Don't go for the higher ram, you have your own vidcard which already has 2 gb vram. also, the upper processor is far more powerful than the lower one.

This is a tough subject. Second one is quadcore that can be overclocked up to 2.5GHz, first one is only dualcore, but has more cache and apparently Intel is very cache-dependent. Bigger resolution might be a liability because it demands more from GPU. RAM does not matter as you can add/switch it rather easily in most laptops, but double-check just in case. I vote for option 2.
