SMCM is a small car mart located in Mandeville which is experiencing growth in its core business of selling cars. This growth has significantly increase the workload of it’s employees, as such the need has arise for a computerized solutions to deal with SMCM car sales. All cars are subjected to GCT of 16.5% of its price. Cars with a CC rating of 2000 or more are charge a fuel tax of 5%. Cars more than 5 years old are charge an environment tax of 6%. Therefore a car which is 6 years old and has a 2500cc rating will be subjected to GCT of 16.5%, fuel tax of 5% and an environment tax of 6%. Customers who purchase more than two cars with the same price tag will get a 10% discount on the other cars. For example if a customer purchase 5 cars he/she will get discount on 3 cars. Discount must be calculated before any tax is applied.

SMCM has contracted you to implement a solution that will accurately output the total cost(original cost, that is cost before any tax or discount), tax amount, discount, and final cost of sales at all times. This initial solution must be created using an IPO chart with pseudocode and flowchart.
