Do you still use Java instead of Kotlin in App development? why? what are the pros and cons? (For Android Studio users)

I just want to know because i've been using java for long time and thinking whether kotlin would use many of my time to learn again. wanna know for sure if is it worth to learn?

I switched though I'm still learning to do Android. I hate Java as a language. Kotlin has become my new favorite kicking C++ out after 33 years of being untouchable.

If you find Java making your task harder like I did, Kotlin will certainly be worth learning. Otherwise, I'd learn eventually but not rush into it. I expect Kotlin will knock Java out of the top spot at some point so you will want it in your skill set.
