How can I compete in a field of geniuses?

What can I offer by learning code, when there are so many programmers that are way smarter than me.

There's plenty of work to go around. Geniuses can have their quirks. Some lack the social skills to work well on a team with other people. Some may have the correct temperament but can't communicate with non-geniuses. Some geniuses get fixated on unimportant things. Some geniuses will only want to work on intellectually challenging/simulating things. We don't have to compete with them. There's plenty of work to do that they probably wouldn't want to do or wouldn't be good at.
