I think your best option would be to learn the basics (using SoloLearn seems like a good place to start) for the essential languages (CSS, HTML, JS) and then try making some small projects, then gradually increase the size of each project by improving them or moving on to bigger projects when you feel up to it.

After all, you code to learn, rather than learn to code.
