What to do next?

I learned HTML and CSS. Shall I go for JavaScript or Python? I have very less time. Which would benefit me in future?

JavaScript is integral part in web coding. So, if you started web learning, now finish it. JavaScript is the next step.

I haven't learned Python but both are pretty easy languages to learn. If you've learned any other coding languages (besides HTML and CSS), it will be easier.

If your goal is to become a web developer, definately go with Javascript. It's essential for making modern, interactive websites.
