If you plan to ggo the old fashion way, use Android Studio with Java(just search android studio and you'll find google's website where you can download it from), or you can use Android Studio with Kotlin. I recommend you search for java or kotlin tutorials on youtube, but make sure you include android studio in your search. For example "java tutorial android studio".
