Learn by doing. Say you want to download a bunch of songs off YouTube from your favorite musician. I know how to do that, but it took a lot of looking up of modules and issues. Maybe you get it to work for one song or a handful, but only those. So you need to rethink your approach based off what you've learned. Think of ways to solve or get around the problem. You grind it, improve a few things, and you will make it. Now you have a tool you built, that can do something most people can't do. That is Python, you can do this in a day. And you can do so much more than just download music. So many possibilities.

Stop asking and just focus on learning.fast and slow is nothing it's all about what you are doing and how.

To learn Python, you have to learn how to use the elements of Python from some source (homepage, book, online documentation etc.). And you have to practice the stuff until you're fluent in it - by writing codes. And if you want to go quicker, all you have to do is - more of the same. ;-)
