Witch is best ( html with js or html with css ) ??

for the best product, use all 3. they all work hand in hand perfectly. when i first started, i was using html and css. i then learned js for more user interaction features.

html with css and js :) if you would like to make a website, you should use them all. Imagine HTML as the skeleton , CSS as the skin on the skeleton and JS as life in that body

well if you can use all of them together that can work very well.... otherwise either of them is fine

Html+css is simple, and if you are beginner it is perfect start for you (and your friends :p)
Html+js is more interactive, but little ugly
Css looks like new beautiful clothes for body, without css code will be in old suite from 1990s 😀
