All of them are in demand but if i had to name a few id say: 1. Javascript 2. Python 3. Java 4. C# 5. C++ But after 3 years of searching if you dont have that all important experience your screwed. This industry is beyond unfair.

For example, I am interested in C and C++. But I have never seen vacancy of Junior C++ Developer in my country. This job always requires 3-6 years of working experience in very specialized area. No matter how you are good in it if HR doesn't even set the interview for you because of experience absence. But there are much vacancies for PHP, Java and Python. Didn't mention PHP before, because I didn't learn it and never tried to get a job in it.
