means in tags? yes! It doesn't matter most of times.

Yeah, I guess so as not to overload you with irrelevant information, you should specify where in HTML you want to use capital letters (and why, if it's not strongly implied).

Yes..If you enter Capital letter...The output will be shown in capital letters and if you enter small letters, output will be shown in small letters!! if you use: text-transform: uppercase; the whole letters will be shown in capital letters and if you use text-transform: lowercase; the whole letters will be shown in small letters!! But it will be possible by CSS!!😃😃

since html is not case sensitive,you can use capital letters...but there are some exceptions (entity name is case sensitive)... it's a good practice to write in lower case though
