Resources to learn C

Question

hi , I am new to C but I am passionate to learn it . Even though Solo learn is for beginners but frankly speaking it is not a good platform for starters .With no basic concepts , it just starts explaining all the main concepts and those too without much emphasis . So , apart from taking offline classes , Is there any way to learn it from start and free . I can't afford fees and also my parents refused to pay for my studies so I am on my own.
