How to make nice User interface for websites of you aren't a designer?

Hey, I am a junior full stack web developer. I want to start making full websites but I have problems in user interface I don't see my designs attractive and I am not interested in learning design does anyone know a simple way to make nice UI

use a template for the design...many companies will haveba designer do a mock up in adobe and you turn it into a working site but if they do not have a designer then you become the designer
