I believe the best way to approach networking and security is opening a terminal, using the bash (and bash scripting) and some of the most important (and disribuited) network commands.. Programming is needed when you begin to understand these functionalities..

That's a Good advice Michael :) I'm learing both at the same time and i began with java in programming but i feel that i want to work with security in the future and use all the things i have learnt
