Javascript :) (HTML and CSS may come in useful too) And of course, Sololearn has evetything you need to program anything from basic to expert.

HTML and CSS. And yes, you'll have to read ebooks and other external resources as well if you really want to create stunning code

I think sololearn is a very nice place to start. It can give clear learning curve and important summary. But, you also need to learn by yourself by reading e-books, learning from online courses and dig into more.

You can use web (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT) Why? Because they support Animation, Image, and art

From experience I find that sololearn is a great starting off point . The lessons give a good foundation for learning, but its up to you to further it. Having the ability to read and see others code can also be helpful. There are endless resources online to continue learning. Animation is something that is covered in the html, css, and javascript lesson, the give a good base to start with, just use your creativity and apply what youve learned .
