Yes, while if you try using back slash \ for website, it will turn itself to forward slash. So, it will also work.

There is no difference actually. / is generally used with domain path. eg. https://sachinartani.com/blog/contact.php \ is generally used with file path. eg. c:\\downloads\\game.jpg
