Prabesh Aryal in my opinion there is no language hard or easy it depends on you how you practise in that particular language, if you have made codes, projects and worked on live projects given through in your school or college then its not difficult for you, but thinking as an new beginner to the programming i suggest you to choose python its an very interactive and user friendly language

If you are learning for the first time, any programming language can be difficult.

But I believe the concept of pointers in C and C++ can be difficult to grasp for beginners.
