Can we make an AI program using a regular programming language.

We know that we need a special programming languages to make an AI programs. But why cant we use an regular languages to make an AI...? Dont u thonk its possible to make an AI with regular programming languages...?

Define "regular". Are Python, C++, and R regular? Because they are quite commonly used to make AIs.

I think, in theory, pretty much any (Turing complete) programming language can be used to code an AI. Some just might be less efficient than others.

By regular i mean that not specially developed to make an ai programs. like we usually use to program everyday.
