Comments are there so you can understand what the code is doing - for example, you may write a code today, but wake up the next day and forget what you wrote that code for. However, if you have comments in your code, then you can refresh your memory easily. Headings are displayed in html as titles, with 6 default sizes to choose from. These are useful for page titles, or blurbs on a website. Cheers.
