Can we code on DNA?

ThĂ©ophile if they alterd the structure of the dna to store a movie then its possible yes but i was thinking that the movie was made using 0&1 if they alterd the dna to replicate this then the dna would only have a pattern on it that resembles each frame when its compiled by a machine i dont think the dna even knows its there unless its disrupting how it should be functioning but im actually against the fact that we can modify dna i watched a documentary once about a sheep that can produce silk and pigs that glow in the dark and i thought it was wrong 😳.
