I have here a zipped, compressed Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 that's around 4GB but after extracting it, it expands to 7GB. 😂😁

depends on. Visual studio community is free for several people ( for example student, individual person, can be used for open source projects for free) check out visualstudio.net. It lack of some useful extension but you can replace them woth 3rd party extensions.
