My circle keeps disappearing while coding in HTML

Question

This may be a totally stupid question. So when I tried to code a circle in code playground, if I increased “cy” past 160, it disappeared. At cy=150, I can only see half of the circle. Am I doing something wrong? Can you not do SVG on the lower half of the screen? I just started to learn coding this week, so please forgive my ignorance...
