What is the best language to learn nd games programming?

It depends on if you want to focus on web, mobile or pc, and if you want to go 2d or 3d. And if you want to learn making games for the games or for learning to be a programmer in a language itself.

If you want to make games, game engines like gamemaker, unity3D, unrealengine and others would be limiting the choices of your language making it easier to pick one. If you want your own engine(not suggested for medium to big games as it adds lots of extra work in my opinion!) you should look on how much you wanna do yourself and how much support you use from existing libraries and or frameworks.

The options are many and depending on if you are a beginner or not, it can make it a lot easier to select a path that most poeple take. So there is lots of forums to ask on and many tutorials.
