Can't edit tag <a> in VS Code

I try to edit the link href = UNSUCCED i try to delete the <a> tag = UNSUCCED! The Word is still there!

Clear your browser's cache, maybe it use the old one in cache.

I tell you I was targeting the <a> tag to "#" so it will be <a href="#"></a> But the next day, i change the "#" to a link, but when i run it, the console say : ......project.html# So it doesnt change anything

I code it in mh laptop, but it may work in sololearn compiler, and i dont know its VS error or Btowser Error

Do you save your file after changing? And are you sure you're running the right file and not some copy of it in a different folder or something? Save it, go to your html file in your file explorer and see if the modified date/time is just now. If not, you're changing the wrong file lol. Happens to me a lot.

Have you actually saved the code after editing it? I've had autosave turn itself off a few times.
