I'm going to learn Android coding
but I don't know how
could you please tell me which language should I learn?

I suggest you to learn Java, XML and FXML. For Android development I would use Android Studio which can also be very complex for beginners.

Java with Android Studio or C# with Xamarin. It's up to you. If you are able to write C# Apps with WPF you are also able to write Xamarin Apps. If you start from 0 Java with XML / FXML is a bit easier.
