SQL first or a back-end language?

I'm into being a full stack developer and I am already done with the front-end. I want to start the back-end now but I have no idea where to start.

The order does not matter. Learn in any order you want.

What I know so far, you can use PHP to freely interact with databases, si you can start with PHP language first... But I recomend to learn SQL aswell

backend first <- IMO but u can go for sql then backend too

So should I learn databases before PHP? So it means SQL first before PHP?
