Good free Website hosting ?

Hello !
I'm searching a good Website Hosting, I did a library and I want people who use it aren't disturbed by a bad service quality.
My host at this time is Hostinger, the best I can have for free in France (Or is it international ? ). (So I'm not searching a French host) But their servers are down some hours every two weeks. :/
If you have a host please say me its qualities and faults !
Else it isn't a big deal, I'll pay :)

000Webhost is free and good enough.

No I don't think so. There are Hostinger ads on it I think though.

Else the only thing I want is a service where my website is accessible every time, so I'll try it !:)
