Skills chart isn't going to 100%, why?

As the title describes. This regards the skills chart on the profile page.

GAWEN STEASY ahh! So it's a percentage per piece. Makes more sense now and should be clearer. Like in a tooltip from an info-circle-icon. More of that is needed for this app.
