ESP ¿por qué Solo learn web no esta en español y la app si?

no es ningun problema para mi porque entiendo ingles pero alguien me puede explicar porque el website no esta en español siendo que la app de la Google play store si lo esta

Well, there was only English in the beginning. Later on, SoloLearn decided to meet the needs of some of the users who could not speak English and added Spanish and Russian. The main source of information is the app, website is in progress.
