SQL commands?

are the SQL commands the same for all programs? example MySQL, Oracle, mariaDB, postgreSQL, IBM, etc.

MYSQL and MariaDB commands are the same. Of course, there are some differences, but they are insufficient, especially for beginners. Oracle syntax is mostly different. I used the Oracle database and I want to say that it's not easy to migrate from MYSQL/MariaDB to Oracle.
