Which devices use SRAM ?

Question

Hi guys
I am on my second computing course unit and working on some questions here.
I know that static random access memory doesn't need the memory cells to be refreshed, thus being much faster than DRAM. However, I am stumped on which devices actually use SRAM as opposed to DRAM?
DRAM is found in devices like tablets and mobile phones, but SRAM ?
