I don't think time per day is a measure of how quickly you'll learn. If you have a passion for coding, it will come easier to you. If you hate learning code, then it will be harder.
You have to want to learn code. A schedule makes it seem like a chore (but maybe that's just me).
Personally, it took me about a month to become mostly experienced in HTML and CSS.
I spend like 5 hours on each of the weekends and 3 on the weekdays.

Reserve 2hours per day for code practice is good enough to become expert soon. Don't really go to measure the time to take to become an expert. The key points to success are keep it consistent with focus on your want to learn and goals to achieve.
If you learn an JavaScript framework, for example react.js, keep practising code in react.js, be consistent and focus, before you could expert in react, don't change the course to learn other frameworks like angular, Vue or other new frameworks even though they have better features then the one you learn.
If you learn sql, make sure you really expert in sql, before you learn other database like nosql mongodb.
Similarly for learning other languages, make sure you keep learning it become master before you consider to learn the next language.

Probably when you hit 40 yrs. You can't assign time to this stuff. There are days youll feel eh! and there are others you'll feel like you can do it the whole day.
Just go with the flow but don't get too lazy

you have to work smarter and passionately rather than working hard
