Lokeshwaran , I love using Sublime Text 3, problem with it is that it has poor JS syntax highlighting.
The best web development IDE hands down is Jetbrains Webstorm.
It has all you need for professional web development.

Personally i use Sublime Text 3. It is not a IDE but it is great for editing any sort of file.

Tons of IDEs out there, but personally, I would suggest Brackets. Super simple, but everything you need
