Do I need java?to become web designer?!

No not really, To become a web designer hou should learn HTML -> CSS -> JS and frameworks like jQuery, Bootstrap, etc. To become a web developer you should learn HTML -> CSS -> JS -> PHP -> MySQL and frameworks like CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend

I only see six cources for web design HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, jQuery, and PHP.

If you are going to focus just on design, no you don't need Java. What you should be good at is HTML, CSS, JS, PHP in my opinion, it would depend on what kind of design you were to do but those are usually the basic.
