Please help! Human interface memory not found. How to learn coding with a not so good memory.

I am sure that i am not the only person struggling with memory issues. I have always had a had time memorizing certain things in life and coding seems to be one of them. Are there any useful tips or ways to learn and retain syntax and concepts that are a bit obscure in the programming world? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you
