Web designing is totally based on the creativity of your mind. No one can teach you better than your own experience. Try to bring different variation in your web page.

I'm on mobile so I'm unable to share the resources I usually use. If you have a software like Sketch, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator I'd recommend going to your favorite websites and trying to come up with a totally different concept design. I also like to go to CssDesignAwards and Awwwards for some inspiration. There are some components I see in other people's website design that I like and may place into my next design. I do partially agree with one of the posts above or below, your experience is the best teacher. There's also YouTube teachers out there that teach you fundamentals of web design. Everything is on YT
