Why do you always get a Time Limit Exceeded error whenever you use import time?

Question

I put this in:

import time
print("1")
time.sleep(1)
print("2")
time.sleep(1)
print("3")
time.sleep(1)
print("4")
time.sleep(1)
print("5")
time.sleep(0.5)
print("Done")

And it gives me a Time limit exceeded every time, even if I make it different...
