Help Please... Cordova Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

Can someone help me with a Sample code to know how to DISCOVER devices and write them in the screen? I am trying to use Apache Cordova from Visual Studio 2017 XML Bluetooth LE plugin. So I need help. I just need to see what devices are around but NOT connect the device to them. Can someone post a sample code with comments so I can understand? Thank you.
