After 6 years of experience in programming, I think it should be pretty obvious to you what to choose 😉 Don't you have a preference?

When I program, I feel like I'm trying to coax a cat into doing something I need it to do. (Be a compiler whisperer.) When I analyze, I feel like I'm trying to diagnose a cat and, sometimes, offer a prognosis or course of treatment. (Tell stories.) When I manage, I feel like I am herding cats. (Run a kindergarten.) To keep things easier for myself, I have to pick cats that take care of themselves well and let them do their cat things... provide them with the tools they need to do them well. So, which do you like spending your time with? I noticed you didn't say, "I like dealing with people," so I'm guessing management is out. My opinion.
