It depends, you shouldstart
with the one you prefer. In my opinion, python it's easier, but once you learn the C++ concepts, it's very powerful, I'm not saying you can't do the same things with python, but it's gonna be harder.

if you are a new programmer DO NOT start with c++. its like starting math with trig. start with python or java as you have said in your question.
