If you give a negative value to the "top" property, in which direction will the box be moved?

If you give a negative value to the 'top' property, it will move upwards. That is because the 'top' property creates a space above the element. If the size of that space is positive, as a result the element will move down, but if the size is negative, the element moves up. https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_pos_top.asp
