You will need a text editor like Sublime or Visual Studio Code or Notepad++.

I use sublime and Notepad++,it really makes no difference in the beginning. You will choose the one you prefer along the way.
It's always the best to start from the beginning. 😊 So, html course is a first step for you. You could add w3schools.com or freecodecamp.org as additional material and slowly build your way up.
Good luck!

You still haven't started the html course , and I have sent you the link. 😊
It's described in the link how to start.
Basically, download Notepad++, write html tags and text in it. Open it with your favourite web browser.
Voilà, you have created your first page!

Why didn't you say so? I thought you wanted to learn how to code.
Copy some template and fill it with your data

Or use WordPress. 👍

You can also go for Brackets. It gives you live demo of your code without refreshing your browser. 😊
