BASIC CONCEPTS, 2/9 RE: TEXT COLORS OF THE CODE

HELLO, Am wallowing in the swamp of understanding below the knee of the curve and I would l like to know about the use of the different colors in the code example for the Hello World JAVA program in the Basic Concepts segmemt. Is this a standardized color convention and if so, what are the colors supposed to tell me? I am trying to get a grasp on some of the syntax of JAVA OOP to get it sorted and established in my mind which is protesting, looking for order and logic. I am currently using many sources to reinforce this foundational OOP material. Got any flashcards? Thanks for this educational material and the way it is set up with rewards, it works for me.

Thank you. I am struggling with the syntax and seem to need multiple lessons to get things sorted, I am sure it all makes sense and there is intelligent design as to WHY it works a particular way. You just helped my understanding immensely.

Hello, don't know is this some convention, but colors do mean something. Blue - class Purple - reserved or key word Green - value White - name of object, method, variable Personally, I didn't pay attention about colors untill your question came up. And now, I think it can be useful. So, thank you for your question. ;-)
