Abhishek Gupta Electron You can install wine. I haven't personally tried this because I'm a bit wary of introducing windows software on my kali machine because of fear of possible malware infection.

Pen testing tools in kali require root access and if you get infected then you're screwed. It would be better to use another linux distro instead of kali.

Wine is perfectly safe as long as you use it on a non-root account in linux for security reasons. If you insist on using kali as your main OS (which is not advisable because kali is not normally used as a desktop OS, it is a pen testing OS after all), then install virtual box/VMware. Afterwards, install windows on that virtual machine and install the software you need there (but you will encounter hardware limitations).

I have no idea on how to instal iOS apps in linux if it is at all possible. But I'm pretty sure you can install MacOS in a VM.
