Why are wrong quizes accepted and right ones declined?

A better quiz editor is needed because current one is unusable.

What is really needed is that the code is at least put through a test run/compile before accepting by the sololearn developers. Obviously this has not been done in many cases.

There should be a moderator because somebody added a java comment to my quiz and says it is wrong. I asked back while (in comment too) but hasn't answered yet.

Because people. Why think about a submitted quiz when the same reward can be obtained (and new challenges commissioned) by skipping or disliking anything too challenging? What is the reward for auditing submissions? It should be bigger/better.

How is a quiz accepted ? Only by rating or there is a moderator who checks mistakes ?

There must be a moderator, I've received comments on my code, which I found very constructive for future reference. When I review submissions there is no such facility. If (wrong || too complicated || ambiguous) dislike; else like;
